Report Help--report to indicate which tapes to bring back

I've been trying to come up with a way to generate a report(s) based on the "Media Offsite Location" and the last time the tape was written.

I have a report that lists both of these parameters, but I'd like to narrow it down further.

Something like all the tapes that were written between 14-18 days ago with a "Media Offsite Location" that begins with 'Bank"

Anyone a guru with the reports that can help out with this?
