Backup archivelog hourly, every day

Hi.

   Currently, i have a Oracle 11g Database with a daily full backup at midnight and i want to add a archivelog backup hourly.

   So, i build a backup archivelog job scheduled hourly since 00:30 (execute at 00:30, 01:30, 02:30 ... 23:30), but when full backup initiate at midnight, if a archivelog backup is running then full backup fails because "index conflict".

   Is therean optionto wait a job until another job finished? For example, if archivelog backup is still running at midnight, full backup wait for completition archivelog backup.
