hi,
I'm having problem when trying to add client. I've refer to this link https://support.quest.com/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL78930&category=Solutions&SKB=1&product=NetVault%20Backup
and go through all the steps.
- the server and client can ping each other
- both server and client can telnet to each other
- firewall has been disable
- both forward and reverse lookup are working for server and client
but i'm still unable to add client to my netvault server
