Quick question about SOL81507

I am just getting going with NetVault Backup. I have a Windows 2003 server with a 2 TB RAID for virtual tape storage. One of the Solaris clients jobs "died" with the message of "Job Manager Died". I searched and found solution SOL81507 which appears to apply. But when I go to the location in rededit, SharedSection is not there. The solution says to modify that value, but should I create it so I can modify it? If I do create it, do I make it a String Binary, DWORD, Mult-String, or an Expandable String?
